Wholesale Eligibility Criteria

To ensure the best experience for our partners and maintain the quality of the Truckee Teas brand, we ask that wholesale partners meet the following:

1. Valid Business Information

Must have a registered business (LLC, Corp, or Sole Prop)
Resale certificate / seller’s permit (for retail partners)
Business website, social media, or physical location preferred

2. Brand Alignment

Businesses that align with our values: quality, community, wellness, and thoughtful experiences
Spaces that reflect a clean, welcoming, and elevated environment

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Must meet minimum order requirements per blend or total order
Ability to reorder consistently to maintain freshness and availability

4. Proper Storage & Handling

Commitment to storing tea in a cool, dry environment
Use of airtight containers to preserve freshness and quality

5. Retail Standards (if reselling)

Products must be packaged in food-safe, high-quality materials
Clear labeling (ingredients and caffeine levels)
No misleading health claims

6. Pricing Integrity

Agreement to not undercut recommended retail pricing
No selling on any branded websites wholesale is for business guest use or in store retail resell only
No selling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Etsy) without approval

7. Brand Representation

Maintain the integrity of the product when serving or selling
No altering blends or ingredients while still using the Truckee Teas name

8. Communication & Partnership

Open communication for restocks, feedback, and support
Willingness to collaborate on growth opportunities where relevant
